Art Deco Babyhood
"In the late 1970s, my great friend, Toby Robins, and myself started collecting 1920’s dresses. One dress in particular, designed by Sonia Delaunay, fired my interest in Art Deco. The design possessed such flair and freedom, but was perfectly controlled. From then on, I have collected furniture, jewellery - almost anything from that period- that I could find in markets or auctions." The collection finally inspired Nancy to design an Art Deco flat in Kensington, London.

I spent a lot of time in this apartment as a baby. It’s no doubt where my love of Art Deco began. Needless to say I’m excited for the Great Gatsby film in May.
